Privacy Policy

What We Collect
When you submit a contact form on this website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, company or project name (if given), the type of project you described, your stated budget range, and your message content. We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information.
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of access) when you visit the site. These logs are used solely for security and performance monitoring and are not linked to your identity.
How We Use It
Form submission data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and to assess whether we can be of service. We do not use this data for marketing purposes, do not share it with third parties for commercial reasons, and do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not track individual visitors across sessions or use cookies for analytics purposes. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at hello@arclume.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal privacy legislation including PIPEDA.
